I absolutely loved my stay at Pension Residenz. It was a great value for the money spent. The location was perfect, close to the city center and public transport. The building had a nice classical style and the rooms were spacious, clean, and created a charming atmosphere. The staff was very polite, helpful, and friendly. The breakfast was fresh and good, served in a cozy breakfast room. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The location was perfect, as it was very close to all the tourist attractions in this city. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a spacious and clean room that had a real Viennese feel. The staff was polite, helpful, and friendly, making us feel welcome during our entire stay. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located pretty close to the metro station, making it easy for us to explore the city and visit other places when needed.

The only improvement that could be made to the breakfast option is to add a coffee machine and more pastry choices.

We had a great stay at Pension Residenz - Self Check-In. The location was ideal, with easy access to public transportation and many popular attractions within walking distance. The self check-in process was smooth and convenient, especially for our late arrival. The room was comfortable and clean, and we appreciated the effort to maintain cleanliness throughout our stay. Despite not seeing any staff, our room was always made up. we would definitely choose to stay here again on our next trip to Vienna.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the location was absolutely perfect - nestled between two convenient subway stations, making it incredibly easy to explore the city center. Secondly, the staff went above and beyond, providing excellent service and helpful recommendations for nearby restaurants. Lastly, I was pleasantly surprised by the basic amenities offered - the rooms had air conditioning and even a balcony, which added a nice touch to my stay. Oh, and I mustn't forget to mention the delicious breakfast that was included!
All in all, I had a great experience at this hotel and couldn't find any faults.
